and if you look at your reflection, is it all you want it to be?

The answer to that question? No.

Unfortunately, I have not lost weight, and I don't think it's going to happen again for a while. A few days ago I came down with a killer headache that felt like someone was bashing my head in with a baseball bat, and my body was covered in big, red, super itchy blotches-- hives. I don't know what caused them, but they lasted two and a half days. My mom and her boyfriend think that I was super stressing out about something, and I think they're right, but I don't want to admit it to them. It's about something I'm not ready for them, or anyone else in my family, to know yet.

Anyway, I am flying back to California next week. When I get home, I am going to start the vegetable juice fast in "Juicing, Fasting and Detoxing for Life". It's going to be tough, because vegetable juice is not at all tasty, but I'll have to suck it up. The health benefits are supposedly phenomenal. I have also set a new goal to do at least sixty push ups a day. I suck at doing the hardcore push ups, though, so I do the modified version with my knees on the ground and feet in the air, and I've done forty so far. I do them in sets of twenty, twenty in the morning, twenty in the afternoon, and twenty in the evening. I am going to try to get back on my feet tomorrow, sticking to a calorie restricted and no processed foods diet, and hopefully surpass my first goal weight and get to my second before the end of September. I'll be visiting a very special someone and a few old friends in So-Cal around then, and I really do not want to be looking like the fat whale that I am now.

Positives of the day:
--When I register for college, my grandfather is going to buy me a special present. My mom just happened to leak it to me before he ever told me that it would be a MacBook! XD Excited, very!!
--I have a job waiting for me in Central Cali! As much as I'd like to boast about it, unfortunately, I cannot. If someone from there should ever find out I have this blog, not only will I be FIRED but a close friend's name would be seriously tainted in the corporate world.
--We'll be spending this weekend in San Antonio, and this Saturday my mom and her boyfriend have volunteered to take care of my little man for the day so my sister and I can hangout and have some much needed R&R.

Random:
A few days ago I got the new enV3. WAAAAAAAY better than the lame Dare. It was fun for like a second, and then it just sucked. The enV3, however? Is AWESOME. Love, love, love it. Except it's kind of weird to take pictures with because when it's closed, you can't really see what you're taking a picture of, and when it's open, your finger is almost always in the way of the lens. Or at least mine is. =/ It's still the most bitchin' phone I've ever owned, though.
